Their hazard properties and possible uses are listed as follows:

Name EC No. CAS No. Possible Use Concerns
2-methoxyethyl acetate 203-772-9 110-49-6 Potential use as solvent Toxic for reproduction (Article 57c)
Tris(4-nonylphenyl, branched and linear) phosphite (TNPP) with ≥ 0.1% w/w of 4-nonylphenol, branched and linear (4-NP) - - Primarily used as an antioxidant to stabilise polymers. Endocrine disrupting properties (Article 57(f) – environment)
2,3,3,3-tetrafluoro-2-(heptafluoropropoxy)propionic acid, its salts and its acyl halides (covering any of their individual isomers and combinations thereof) - - Processing aid in the production of fluorinated polymers. Equivalent level of concern having probable serious effects to the environment and health
4-tert-butylphenol 202-679-0 98-54-4 Used in coating products, polymers, adhesives, sealants and for the synthesis of other substances. Endocrine disrupting properties (Article 57(f) – environment)

Immediate Impacts

EU producers or importers of articles which contain substances on the SVHC list in a concentration above 0.1% w/w have to provide sufficient information to their customers to allow safe use of the article as soon as the substances are included or, upon request, to a consumer within 45 days of the receipt of the request.

EU and EEA producers or importers of articles have to notify ECHA if their article contains a substance on the SVHC list. This obligation applies if the substance is present in those articles in quantities totalling over 1t/y per producer or importer, and if the substance is present in those articles above a concentration of 0.1% w/w 6 months from its inclusion date.
